Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees.
- Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and bench strength.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Facilitate talent reviews, assessments, and calibration sessions to drive data-driven decisions.
- Create and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, providing insights for improvement.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition and development strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, or organizational development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, leadership development, and career pathway frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or talent management is advantageous.
