Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Bali’s competitive job market.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create workforce planning strategies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance within Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
