Responsibility
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
