Responsibility
- Design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and performance management frameworks.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted training and development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles.
- Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate future-ready managers and executives.
- Analyze workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or organizational development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing or ceramics industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
