Responsibility

  • Design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and performance management frameworks.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted training and development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for critical roles.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate future-ready managers and executives.
  • Analyze workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering, or organizational development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or ceramics industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
