Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals and local regulations.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with Chinese stakeholders to facilitate cross-cultural communication and resolve HR-related queries.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance employee productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Organize training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or above) and English (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
