Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
