Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support organizational growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with HRIS or other HR management software is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
