Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on high-demand roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams with data-driven recommendations.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position PT. Tangan Kita Berkarya as a top employer in Bali and beyond.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior-level positions in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience recruiting for diverse industries (e.g., tech, hospitality, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
