Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on high-demand roles.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams with data-driven recommendations.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position PT. Tangan Kita Berkarya as a top employer in Bali and beyond.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior-level positions in competitive markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse industries (e.g., tech, hospitality, manufacturing) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
