Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the mining sector.
- Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage general services, including facilities, procurement, and administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Lead performance management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing general services and administrative functions.
