Responsibility
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR-related documentation, including contracts and compliance forms.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and training programs.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or recruitment (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
