Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for company operations and compliance.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Handle correspondence, both internal and external, and ensure timely responses.
- Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws in Indonesia is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
