Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate communications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Help organize and execute employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to HR data management, including maintaining employee records and generating reports for HR analytics.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employer branding, talent development programs, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent management to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent management, recruitment, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and employees.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is an advantage.
