Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organizationâs hiring needs and long-term goals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and success metrics for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Design and execute innovative recruitment campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and industry events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communications, feedback, and onboarding processes.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition, diversity hiring, and HR technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles, including executive, technical, and operational positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS), and HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in employer branding, diversity hiring, and talent pipelining strategies.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
