Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to resolve workplace conflicts.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
