Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide support to resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
