Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, working closely with the finance department.
- Organize and participate in company events and initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
