Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
