Responsibility

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage employee leave applications, attendance records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents for work permits, visas, and other legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock audits of HR supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
