Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update HR records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations, using digital HR systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Streamline administrative processes, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
