Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations, using digital HR systems.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
  • Streamline administrative processes, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
