As a key member of our HR team, you will collaborate with leadership to implement HR policies, resolve employee inquiries, and drive engagement initiatives. Responsibility
- Serve as the primary HR contact for remote employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Administer HR programs, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops on topics such as diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and escalating issues as needed to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role, preferably in a remote or multinational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with remote teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
