Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for APAC markets, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the APAC region.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
