Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to commercial teams.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance data analysis.
  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their professional growth and career progression.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Lead talent development projects, including succession planning and leadership pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR roles.
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs for commercial or corporate teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Willingness to travel across Bali and other regions as needed.
