Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to commercial teams.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance data analysis.
- Mentor and coach employees to enhance their professional growth and career progression.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Lead talent development projects, including succession planning and leadership pipelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR roles.
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs for commercial or corporate teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and other regions as needed.
