Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement commercial learning programs tailored to enhance employee performance and leadership skills across retail and distribution teams.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent development lifecycle, from needs assessment to program evaluation, ensuring measurable impact on employee growth and business outcomes.
- Lead the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into Erajayaâs culture and commercial operations.
- Develop and mentor high-potential employees through leadership development programs, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics and LMS (Learning Management Systems) to track training effectiveness, ROI, and employee engagement metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in commercial training and development, incorporating best practices into Erajayaâs learning ecosystem.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting upskilling, reskilling, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A masterâs degree or professional certification in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Commercial Training, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors, with a deep understanding of commercial operations and sales-driven environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms, instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), and data analytics (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for driving organizational change through learning.
- Location: Willingness to be based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) and travel occasionally for training sessions or team engagements.
