Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth and compliance.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Handle administrative functions, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training, wellness programs, and company culture development.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
