Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new providers, from initial contact to full integration.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding checklists, timelines, and documentation to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide training materials to new providers, ensuring clarity on roles, expectations, and tools.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks to meet SLA targets.
  • Gather feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS or ATS systems and generate reports on onboarding metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, or HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in provider/employee onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
