Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new providers, from initial contact to full integration.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain onboarding checklists, timelines, and documentation to streamline workflows.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide training materials to new providers, ensuring clarity on roles, expectations, and tools.
- Monitor onboarding progress, proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks to meet SLA targets.
- Gather feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS or ATS systems and generate reports on onboarding metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, or HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in provider/employee onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
