Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and competitor data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
