As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier candidates for crew and cashier positions across our outlets in prime locations like Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.

Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for crew and cashier roles in retail and hospitality outlets.
- Develop and post compelling job advertisements on local job boards, social media, and community platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a freelance capacity.
- Knowledge of Bali’s job market and local hiring trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for customer service and people development.
