Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Indonesian labor laws and align with hospital values.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness and fairness across all roles.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and upskilling needs, organizing workshops and development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, hiring efficiency) and inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and healthcare-specific HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven HR practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or local HR certifications are highly advantageous.
