Responsibility
- Develop and administer competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Partner with HR and finance teams to align compensation strategies with budgetary constraints.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Lead communication efforts to educate employees on compensation and benefits policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
