Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job postings to interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process for top talent.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities to boost morale and productivity.
  • Handle confidential employee matters with discretion, including grievances, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave management, using HRIS tools.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs, develop solutions, and support organizational growth.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
