Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate general affairs tasks, such as office administration, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration is a plus.
