Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Oversee general affairs, including office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle accounting-related tasks, such as expense tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Provide secretarial support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Liaise with government agencies and external partners for permits, licenses, and legal compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audits, reports, and internal reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, Accounting, or Secretarial roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the maritime, logistics, or shipping industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
