Responsibility
- Source and identify potential candidates for various roles in the Australian market using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet the job requirements and client expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential candidates.
