Responsibility

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination for education sector roles.
  • Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, contracts, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, addressing inquiries and resolving basic HR-related issues.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs for staff in educational institutions.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to track key metrics such as turnover, hiring trends, and workforce demographics.
  • Assist in workforce planning and budgeting for HR-related expenses.

Qualifications

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
