Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies that align with the company's business goals and cultural values.
  • Manage and enhance compensation structures, including salary benchmarks, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Design and oversee employee recognition programs that foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our rewards packages remain attractive and competitive.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage the rewards budget effectively and ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to leadership on rewards-related matters, including policy development and compliance.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of rewards programs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of global trends and best practices in rewards management to innovate and enhance our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in rewards management, compensation, and benefits, preferably in a multinational organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
  • Certification in rewards management (e.g., CCP, GRP) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
