Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for clients and internal teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee data, payroll, and benefits.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
- Stay updated on labor laws, industry trends, and HR innovations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
