Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee data, payroll, and benefits.
  • Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, industry trends, and HR innovations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
