Responsibility
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and long-term goals.
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and evaluate high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and database searches.
- Consultative Recruitment: Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies to ensure competitive and effective talent acquisition.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools to deliver data-driven insights to clients.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for both QuadM Manpower and our clients.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including account managers and recruiters, to align on client deliverables and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on senior or specialized roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and client management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and develop innovative recruitment solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Results-Oriented: Goal-driven with a commitment to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global client base.
