Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience in a media or creative industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
