Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs to enhance productivity and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, with fairness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience in a media or creative industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
