Responsibility
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheet processing to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with finance teams to guarantee timely and error-free payments.
- Conduct initial recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in payroll processing or recruitment is a plus.
