Responsibility
- Implement and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
