Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for tech and data center roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance in a tech-driven environment.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute workforce planning, succession planning, and career development programs tailored to the data center industry.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes to foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company standards.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR best practices, career growth, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role, preferably in the tech, data center, or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, with experience in compliance and risk management.
