Responsibility
- Source and identify qualified candidates for manufacturing, industrial, and trades roles using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.
- Track and document candidate interactions in the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in niche markets.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor activity.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sourcing targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or trades sectors.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates).
- Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a global team.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with clear and professional communication.
- Passion for recruitment and a drive to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
