Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end employee personnel administration, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding processes.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Administer BPJS (health and social security) registrations, contributions, and claims for all employees.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management and government agencies as required.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance providers and government agencies, for HR-related matters.
- Support HR initiatives, including performance reviews, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or BPJS management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and payroll tax compliance.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
