Responsibility
- Develop and maintain competency matrices aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs (workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training) for employees at all levels.
- Manage end-to-end training administration, including logistics, materials, and participant tracking.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning & development (L&D) strategies with business priorities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs, and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of career development frameworks and succession planning initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and digital learning tools to enhance program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Development, Training, or L&D roles (preferably in manufacturing or multinational environments).
- Proven expertise in competency mapping, TNA, and curriculum design.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with HRIS, LMS platforms, and data analytics tools for training evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or training methodologies are a plus.
