Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in HR leadership roles, with a focus on people and culture.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
