Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in HR leadership roles, with a focus on people and culture.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
