Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and processing paperwork.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and wellness programs.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration under supervision.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support process improvements.
- Provide general support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3-6 months).
