Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for client vacancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) to attract and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences by delivering timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in the HR/recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for helping people and businesses succeed.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
