Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within commercial teams.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to operational and commercial needs.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals and performance metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance employee competencies.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to drive innovation in training methodologies.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing training programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern training techniques (e.g., blended learning, gamification).
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and other training tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
