Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
