Responsibility

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
