Responsibility

  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
