Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive training programs for F&B, hospitality, and retail teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Lead needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate L&D strategies into talent management and succession planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis, making data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to groom high-potential employees for managerial roles in F&B operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in F&B and hospitality to ensure training content remains innovative and competitive.
- Manage vendor relationships for external training resources, workshops, and certifications.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, coaching, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in F&B, hospitality, restaurant chains, or retail.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Experience in training needs analysis (TNA) and measuring training effectiveness (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Indonesian proficiency is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to talent development.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
