Responsibility
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill development opportunities.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with government agencies and internal teams to ensure L&D programs meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead the mentorship and coaching of junior L&D staff and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in learning technologies, adult education, and workforce development.
- Manage L&D budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs in a corporate or government setting.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and modern learning technologies (LMS, e-learning tools).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Certification in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience working in the public sector or government-affiliated organizations is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure training ROI.
